Torbjörn Ripstrand was born in Norrbotten and grew up in Åtvidaberg. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in energy and climate issues.
Torbjörn has mainly worked with product development in industry, but has also worked for a period as a civil servant in municipal operations.
